Job Description

AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Project Controls Specialist for immediate employment within the Transportation Investment Act (TIA) Program. The responsibilities of this position may include, but are not limited to:

  • Utilize the in-house system (Proliance PMIS and Oracle Unifier) to prepare, collect, record, and input data

  • Perform full review of in-house system to ensure accuracy of reporting

  • Update and maintain assignments relating to Program Contracts (i.e. input and track contracts, task orders, work authorizations, purchase orders, etc. via the in-house system)

  • Monitor budget and help ensure resources are used efficiently (to include processing budget changes and/or transfers)

  • Provide first level review of invoices and process through system workflow

  • Provide data entry of payment vouchers and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) information

  • Complete the administrative aspects of closing out projects

  • Scan, file, and upload Technical Quality Review Records in compliance with Quality Management

  • Provide assistance and support to program management team, as needed

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Business Management, Economics, or related field or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience required.

  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work.

Additional Information

Preferred requirements:

  • Knowledgeable in the concepts and principles of project revenue and cost.

  • Experience with scheduling and cost baseline fundamentals, concepts, and principles.

  • Advance Microsoft office skills such as excel, power point

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with multi-disciplinary team of colleagues.

  • Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position.

  • Relocation is not available for this role.
