Job Summary

AECOM is seeking a Software Developer to provide technical support the Integrated Personnel and Pay System-Army (IPPS-A) Program Management Office (PMO). The successful candidate will develop, create, and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs. The candidate will analyze user needs and develop software solutions, as well as design software or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency. The candidate may analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer field plus 5 to 7 years relevant experience with PeopleSoft 9.1 or 9.2 functional/technical analysis, design, configuration, implementations and ERP integration

Preferred Qualifications

Additional experience is desired in any of the following areas; PeopleSoft HCM, Global Payroll, Portal, Talent Management, Time and Labor, eRecruit, ePay, Self Service, Fluid, PeopleSoft 9.2 User Experience, PeopleSoft data structures, Army legacy systems, DISA ERP STIGs, Army and DoD Regulations
