AECOM Senior Scheduler in Arlington, Virginia

AECOM has an opportunity for a Senior Scheduler to support our new program in Arlington, VA. The selected candidate will be an expert for Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) and Integrated Master Plan (IMP) development, and provide Program Plan and Schedule operations and administrative support.
Interface with key Program Office stakeholders, Working Integrated Product Teams (WIPTs) and System Integrator (SI) to maintain the Program IMS/IMP and provide recommendations on ways to resolve schedule conflicts and mitigate schedule risk.
Develop and maintain the Program IMS utilizing MS Project.
Provide program scheduling support expertise to monitor, update, and control program activities.
Collaborate and interface with stakeholders to review and provide comments to their respective schedules; participate and/or facilitate weekly schedule working group meetings; establish and monitor program activities for milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteria.
Perform schedule health check and ensure the schedule is in compliance with the GAO schedule best practices and Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) schedule assessment guidelines.
Develop and manage schedules that effectively communicate to all levels of the project team and stakeholders.
Provide assessment and analysis of the IMS. Provide management briefing pertaining to the program IMS as needed.
Support Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs)
Must be a US Citizen.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
Bachelor's degree or work experience equivalent in related field.
10+ years of experience in system acquisition, program planning and scheduling, project analysis and controls, risk management, and schedule risk analysis.
Experience with Microsoft Office and MS Project and hands-on experience in using Primavera, Primavera Risk Analysis and other similar scheduling tools
Active, fully adjudicated Secret security clearance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
