Position Title Quality Control / Quality Assurance Manager

AECOM is seeking an IT Asset Analyst / Quality Assurance Lead to join our team supporting DHS in Alexandria, VA
The successful candidate will have a background in IT asset management who specializes in data quality analysis. This position is responsible for providing independent assessments of the health of the data used by the customer, providing feedback on where the customer is exceeding or under resourced in asset areas, and ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards. The government currently uses a Remedy and the team will use Tableau to aggregate and analyze disparate data to drive recommendations. Additionally, this position will monitor service level agreements to ensure contract compliance and provide recommendations for adjustments when necessary.

Recommend process improvements
Ensure a safe work environment by reviewing production standards
Lead in problem-solving and driving constant improvement: Complete job safety analyses on a regular basis.
Ensure compliance with contract.
Communicate effectively with all levels of employees on and off site..
Interact with prime personnel on all contractual matters.
Conduct quality assurance reviews.
Support the quality assurance team.
Serve as the team lead for on-site AECOM staff.
Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years’ experience.
Experience with IT asset management
Experience with quality assurance.
Logistics and government experience.
Ability to write and edit SOPs and Quality Assurance guidelines.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Microsoft office suite capabilities.
Must obtain DHS Public Trust Background Investigation.
Must be a US Citizen
