Job Summary

Savannah River Remediation (SRR), an LLC of AECOM, is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Coordinator - Supply Chain to be based in our Aiken, SC location.

Provides a variety of administrative activities and duties for the Supply Chain organization with focus toward supporting the Purchasing program.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilizes personal computers or electronic devices including keyboarding, databases, spreadsheets, presentation, conversion software, document control or other applications/programs specific to SRR.

  • Enters data into multiple systems in support of Supply Chain Management reporting per prime contract and procedural requirements. Verifies/ensures accuracy and integrity of data.

  • Researches, coordinates, administers and maintains weekly reporting.

  • Creates, updates and maintains Barcodes for subcontract files per procedure and requirement. Acts as department central point of contact for Buyer records activities.

  • Creates and maintains spreadsheets, databases, contacts list or other information to enter, organize, store and retrieve data.

  • Provides clerical and office support such as scheduling meetings, ordering supplies, preparing reports and/or presentations.

  • Other duties related to the position.

Additional Information

  • Relocation benefits are not available for this position.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of professional, administrative, secretarial or clerical experience related to the position’s responsibilities, OR;

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university

  • Due to the nature of the work, candidate must be US Citizen

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient in Excel and Pivot Tables

  • Strong computer and personal organizational skills

  • Proficient with the SRS EDWS (Electronic Document Workflow System)

  • Proficient with the SRS Asset Suite, PRT (Program Reporting Tool) and Puridiom

  • Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and databases such as Access or FileMaker
