Job Summary

CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD OF JECLASS CL:S

Purpose and Scope:

This position will support the Biological Integrated Detection Systems (BIDS)/Joint Biological Point Detection Systems (JBPDS), Joint Portal Shield (JPS) and Chemical Biological Mass Spectrometer Block II (CBMS II) Performance Based Logistics/Contractor Logistics Support (PBL/CLS) contract. The programmer analyst is responsible for leading the design, development and implementation of the Logistics Information system (LIS) database applications to accommodate a variety of user requirements.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide application administration for contract Maximo instance to include:

  • User access and security roles

  • User Training as needed

  • Database operations and maintenance

  • Assist with design, development, and implementation of changes to Maximo (working with InterLoc)

  • Report creation and management

  • Interface maintenance

  • Working with corporate reach back to support all required software patching and outages

  • Provide application support for OnPoint to include:

  • Data maintenance

  • Report generation

  • User access and security

  • User training as needed

  • Coordinate with corporate reach back for OnPoint changes and configuration

  • Provide Customer Support

  • Provide general help with use of AECOM business systems

  • Assist with troubleshooting customer issues for AECOM business systems

  • Provide general IT support to the AECOM staff

  • Work with AECOM corporate IT to resolve AECOM equipment issues

Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

It is desired that the candidate have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or have demonstrated an equivalent skill set via the combination of education, training and related experience. Entrants to this position require a minimum of 10 years of experience work experience designing, developing and implementing database applications and at least six years working with Maximo. OnPoint experience a plus. Positon may require supervision of LIS staff. Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance. Position may require travel.
