Job Summary

AECOM has an opportunity for an Operations Analyst- Journeyman for our APG, MD location. As a member of the PM Mission Command team, provide program management support to include: analysis of program and subject matter elements; prepare routine and non-routing correspondence, reports, documentation, presentations, briefings, and program management reports; perform tasking and suspense tracking; coordinate meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and track action items; consolidate and track program/project budgets, schedules, deliverables, and milestones; interface with internal and external stakeholders for planning, prioritization , and issue resolution of overall program activities; perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with at least 3 years of job-related experience. Good oral and written communication skills Working knowledge with word-processing, and integrated software applications. Organizational skills and ability to perform detail oriented work are required. Position requires the ability to pass and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge and/or experience with Army Common Operating Environment and Mission Command systems.
