AECOM is currently seeking interested and qualified candidates for the Integrated Base Defense – Sustainment Support (IBD-SS) program. Product Manager Force Protection Systems (PdM FPS) and PdM Counter Explosive Hazard (CEH) have requirements for comprehensive training, contractor logistics, operator, and sustainment support services, to include material procurement, for equipment and capabilities in the contiguous United States and outside the contiguous United States. These positions are contingent upon successful award of the IBD-SS program.
In addition to secretarial duties (filing, taking phone calls, scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements) this position will provide administrative support to executive staff with office management responsibilities to include budgeting personnel records and payroll. The Administrative Assistant may be required to work independently on projects requiring research and preparation of briefing charts and other presentation materials. Will provide updates to AECOM PM Information System (OnPoint) to include proofing and preparing CDRLS for PM approval.
3-5 years of accounting experience is required.
Problem solving skills and the ability to multitask are essential functions of the job.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point is required.
Must possess excellent communications skills.
Must have ability to read, interpret and apply instructions, publications, and safety rules.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a government general-purpose vehicle.
Position may require travel.
Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.
High School or equivalent.
