We support our employees globally by coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of General Accounting, Human Resources, Administration, Marketing and Information Technology. Job Summary

Control and be mainly responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of all accounting reports to regional Headquarter as well as for statutory requirements purpose, including taxes.

  • Oversees all operational finance activities, including monthly management reporting and statutory reporting of the company.

  • In-charge of monthly closing and reporting to ensure that the closing and monthly reports are complete by a timely basis

  • Preparing “ad-hoc” non-recurring report as and when required internally by management

  • Maintain good internal control environment

  • In charge of statutory audit reporting completion in liaison with external auditor and revenue department

  • Payroll preparation including mandatory statutory filing for social security, personal income.

  • Ethics and Compliance review for all expenses claims, vendors and sub-contractors payments as per AECOM policy.

  • HR coordination works with Manager located in Thailand

  • Be the first line of contact for clients, other employees and upper management and relate messages or instructions to others

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication, filing and clerical work

  • Schedule meetings, maintaining complex filing systems and databases, document review and preparation and possibly overseeing other staff

  • Researches and compiles data, meets or liaises with individuals and groups internally and externally; establish and coordinate the implementation of company administrative policies

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in related field

  • Background in international audit firm(s) will be an advantage

  • Knowledge and experience of project accounting or cost accounting or related field

  • Strong Knowledge of local taxes and related statutory requirements

  • Knowledge multilateral taxation is a plus

  • Experience of ACCPAC software is a plus

  • Understanding of financial analytical tools and internal control would be an advantage

  • Proficiency in English, both written and oral and an ability to work with multi-national team

  • Excellent numerical, analytical and problem solving skill

  • Good time management, highly committed and able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented and a team player with leadership qualities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in related field
