Job Summary

Candidate will manage programs providing multi-disciplinary subject matter experts associated with managing analysis, operations, logistics, financial, test and evaluation, and program management efforts focusing on new or existing capabilities within US Air Force Acquisition Program Offices, and other support to include, but not limited to the fields of operational energy, CYBER, electronic warfare, C4ISR, sensors and aircraft.

Candidate will assist in the planning, control and direction of staff and support personnel and provide program financial and budgetary information to management.

This position will provide program and project management support within Air Force Materiel Command, and other unit activities based at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, as well as other DoD Organizations and Commercial entities as required.

The candidate will also direct and assist the development of business initiatives and provide direction for the implementation of business strategies.

Candidate will be directly interacting with government command level staff up to flag officer level.

Will work with government staff to develop analysis and projections and define and implement key objectives of client strategies.

Candidate will also manage and participate in proposal activities as required.

Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, technical, or computer field. 12 years' experience in program management; 4+ years of experience in DoD program acquisition field is highly desired.

Successful candidate should have experience managing analysis, operations, test and evaluation, and program management efforts focusing on new or existing capabilities in three or more of the following fields of; Intelligence, CYBER, electronic warfare, C4ISR, sensors and aircraft.

Must have existing experience within a Combatant Command (CCMD) or other Joint Command and DoD acquisition/sustainment experience and experience working and interacting at the flag officer level and command staff.

Strong ability to work in a team environment with demonstrated leadership and customer interface skills.

Excellent communications, interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills; working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications are required.

Position may require travel.

Must be a U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance; active Top Secret clearance is highly desired.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Government contracting environment preferred; PMP or other Program Management or leadership certifications desired.
