The Transportation Division of AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Administrative Assistant. This position is based out of the Wilmington, DE office but the candidate will be physically located in the DelDOT field office in Middletown, DE.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Assisting with general office administration
Prepare or proofs correspondence, forms, spreadsheets, or documents
Make travel arrangements
Maintains inventory of office supplies
High School Diploma or equivalent
Administrative experience in an office environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Excellent communications skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work as a team player
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly are requirements
- 2+ years of administrative experience in a construction office environment
