AECOM is seeking a Site Administrator to be based in our White City location.
This position will establish and monitor administration procedures and controls on site. The incumbent will provide intermediate level support to the Sr. Project Manager. The Project Coordinator will coordinate with various site functions to underset the deliverables on the project. This position will supervise and direct the construction administrators on site.
Responsibilities may include:
Support the Sr. Project Manager with visibility and status of deliverables.
Prepare with monthly, weekly progress reports.
Planning and organization
Living out allowance (LOA) is available for this position.
This position will be required to drive a vehicle on behalf of AECOM and therefore will require the candidate to submit a satisfactory driver's abstract for review.
Minimum Formal Education Required: Post-Secondary Diploma/Certificate – Post secondary certification from an accredited college, university or technical institution.
Minimum Experience Required: 1-3 years
A valid Class 1 or Class 5 driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract are requirements of this position.
- Experience in an industrial, maintenance and/or construction environment.
