Job Summary

The Role

As a Professional Engineer in our Strategic Asset Management Team, your role will be to support the successful delivery, profitability and strategic growth of our infrastructure asset management services across different disciplines (Transport, Water, Building, Aviation and Power). Our team is currently delivering a range of asset management projects with key clients across the Wellington region.

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking passionate and committed professional with a background in asset management and condition assessments who can provide support in delivering projects related to:

  • Financial modelling and CAPEX/OPEX planning

  • Reliability improvement

  • Infrastructure condition assessment

  • Asset risk and criticality assessment

  • Asset management system improvement

  • Development of a range of strategic, tactical, operational documents such as Asset Maintenance Plan, Asset Lifecycle Plans, and Strategic Asset management plan (SAMP).

Minimum Requirements

About You

  • Appropriate tertiary qualification in a planning, science, engineering or a related discipline

  • 5 years relevant professional experience

  • Understanding of Asset Management principles, frameworks and relevant standards.

  • Demonstrated experience with the development and interpretation of asset management financial and capital plans

  • Proven ability to plan and deliver a broad range of asset management plans and documents

Preferred Qualifications

Civil Engineering degree
