Position Title Junior Program Analyst

Job Summary

AECOM is seeking Junior Program Analysts to support U.S. Navy programs The positions are located in Washington DC.

Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with the development of program roadmaps, plans, and schedules to meet the goals and objectives of specific programs. Assist with the development of metrics to monitor progress against programmatic goals and objectives.

  2. Assist in identifying and monitoring program risk areas and developing risk management efforts to reduce the program risks to acceptable levels.

  3. Assess and provide information on new and existing procurement policies and procedures, and assist in the development, review, and updating of procurement contract documentation.

  4. Assist in monitoring the status of all requirements necessary to gain formal Milestone approval for ACAT programs and support all relevant requirements and actions.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Associate’s Degree or two years of work can be substituted for an Associate's Degree in

  2. Ability to obtain a security clearance.

  3. Position may require travel. Estimated 10-20%

Preferred Qualifications

1-3 years of experience with DoD acquisition processes, in DoD/Navy program management, Industry or Government technical management, or Industry or Government business management.
