Position Title Executive Assistant/Cyber Analyst

Job Summary

AECOM is seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to provide advanced, diversified and confidential secretarial and administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organization policies and practices.

  • Reports directly to SES or GS-15 level supervisors and will support Cyber Security meetings and develop certification approval memos.

  • Act as direct liaison for cyber management staff.

  • Maintain and coordinate communications with internal/external customers for or on behalf of the cyber group.

  • Develop and prepare reports and correspondence requested by management where information is obtained from a variety of sources.

  • Compose and may initiate routine and inter-office correspondence.

  • Maintain/coordinate executives schedule including meetings, appointments, travel itineraries, etc.

  • Take meeting minutes and develop meeting summaries.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field and minimum 5 years of job-related experience.

  • Advanced training or seasoned experience in support of executive/corporate level management may be substituted for degree requirement.

  • Requires advanced capability operating application software including word-processing and spreadsheet programs.

  • The position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active Secret Clearance

  • Experience preparing technical briefs/presentations

  • Experience with the Defense Travel System (DTS)
