About the Business Line


AECOM’s Global Support Services (GSS) organization resides within AECOM’s Government business line and is comprised of three divisions — International Development, Operations and Mission Support, and Global Programs. GSS has the international presence, personnel networks and procurement infrastructure to deliver support for any mission, anywhere. We optimize the reliability, availability and sustainability of equipment, logistics systems and facilities for clients around the world. GSS supports the U.S. Government, non-U.S. Governments and industry clients with worldwide program management, planning, design, operations and maintenance, logistics, aviation services, security, international development, environmental and civil engineering and mission and intelligence support.

Job Summary

AECOM is actively recruiting for a senior-level Program Manager for EWCSS program management / financial / technical management support for the EWCSS contract.

General duties include overall program coordination of Program Management, Financial Management, personnel management, and liaison with Program office managers. The candidate will work with the AECOM team supporting all PEOSUB Program Offices.

Specific responsibilities include overall Technical Instruction (TI) and management support of multiple Program Offices within the Program Executive Office (PEO) for Submarines (PEOSUB). Serve as liaison with individual Contractor Program Office Technical Instruction (TI) Task Managers and their staff. Provide TI support to COR and Program Offices TI Managers and their designated COR Representative. Provide TI ROM development, update and tracking. Provide contract funding administration, tracking and reporting. Provide Monthly Self-Assessment Report (MSAR) development for review with Program Offices COR representative. Provide MSAR development for review with COR. Provide Monthly Obligations and Expenditures reporting.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related job field and at least eight years of job-related experience or equivalent

  • Active Government Security Clearance at the SECRET level

Preferred Qualifications

  • Submarine experience or experience working within a NAVSEA program office is a plus.
