Position Title Apple Architect

Job Summary

AECOM has an immediate opportunity for an Apple Architect to support a government agency’s capabilities in Washington, D.C (Union Station / Red Line).

Performs day-to-day activities required to distribute and manage Apple hardware and software for end-user computing. Responsible for designing and implementing the Apple architecture, packaging Apple software, distribution, and troubleshooting. Troubleshoots all complex Apple related issues for users and performs problem resolution in regard to Apple related service requests. Provides supervision and direction as needed to support staff, to include technical direction. Provides subject matter expertise on issues and tasks related to Apple hardware and software.

Minimum Requirements

Must have a minimum of 6 years of related experience distributing and managing Apple end-user hardware and software. Must have experience working with JAMF Casper.

May be required to work evenings and weekends. Participation in a 24x7 on call rotation may be required. May be required to travel to SEC locations and data centers (<10% travel required)

Candidates must be U.S. Citizen or have legal right to work in the USA without sponsorship (Agency check will be required for this position)
