AECOM’s Global Support Services (GSS) organization resides within AECOM’s Government business line and is comprised of three divisions — International Development, Operations and Mission Support, and Global Programs. GSS has the international presence, personnel networks and procurement infrastructure to deliver support for any mission, anywhere. We optimize the reliability, availability and sustainability of equipment, logistics systems and facilities for clients around the world. GSS supports the U.S. Government, non-U.S. Governments and industry clients with worldwide program management, planning, design, operations and maintenance, logistics, aviation services, security, international development, environmental and civil engineering and mission and intelligence support.

Job Summary

AECOM is actively seeking an Acoustics Analyst to provide Program Management support to Acoustic Programs to support our Navy submarine contract. The work location is 300 M St SE Washington, DC

Essential Responsibilities:

  1. iNAVSEA Content management (local administrator) for Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) SharePoint Site.

  2. Maintain Contract CDRLs and PMS401 records on the NAVSEA Corporate Document Management System (CDMS)

  3. Administer CDRL deliverables across multiple contracts and coordinate responses from reviewers across functional areas

  4. Draft, coordinate, finalize, and deliver CDRL correspondence

  5. Provide direct process support to CDRL submittal administrators and reviewers

  6. Develop and distribute CDRL deliverable status reports; generate metrics

  7. Maintain CDRL reviewer lists

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field and at least 7 years of job related experience or equivalent.

Management support experience.

Experience working with government requirements.

Proofing and editing proficiency. Good written communication skills; working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications; organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required.

SharePoint site experience

Position may require 10% travel.

Active Secret Security Clearance required.

Experience with compliance with government requirements

Good interpersonal team communication and collaboration skills

Ability to solicit and coordinate input across functional areas

Good organizational, time management, and task prioritization skills

Ability to proactively set and achieve goals and deadlines

Proficiency with Microsoft Office 2010

Familiarity with Records Management Requirements
