Job Summary

Currently AECOM is looking for candidates for the Project Manager Assistant position to our Water team. In this role you will be responsible for:

  • assistance to Business Unit Manager, Project Mangers and other staff of the Unit in all tasks related to proposals preparation, projects’/contract’ implementation and business development activities.

  • assistance to Business Unit Manager and Project Mangers in all tasks related to application of Corporate systems/procedures and following Corporate requirements/standards in day to day Unit operations.

  • administrative and office assistance to Business Unit Manager and Project Mangers.

Minimum Requirements

For this role we require:

  • university degree (Water/Environment/Economy/Law or similar),

  • fluency in English,

  • computer literacy (MS Office including MS Project),

  • driving licence cat. B

Preferred Qualifications

Following skills will be an asset:

  • experience in tender/proposals preparation,

  • experience in EU or World Bank funded projects

  • experience in project costs administration
