AECOM is currently recruiting for HR Specialist / Recruiter (full time and temporary position for 3-6 months) to join our
well-established and experienced team in Warsaw office.
The main purpose of this role is discovering the most talented people in the sectors we serve. As a recruiter, you will use a host of tools to uncover the very best engineering talent aligned to our markets. As well as supporting team leaders with candidate identification, you will also be fundamental in ensuring the very best candidate experience. You will work with the HR team to open new vacancies, be the first point of contact when applications arrive and once the cycle is complete, support the team with offer generation.

To conduct the full recruitment cycle
To partner with team leaders and assist them in determining and fulfilling their talent needs.
To create and execute search strategies across a variety of markets and functions.
To source passive candidates through research.
To accurately utilise our applicant tracking system (Kenexa Brassring), ensuring advertising is reflective of the AECOM Brand and candidate offer data is 100% accurate.
To update company system, ensuring all live roles are managed in a consistent manner.
To provide a first check of new candidate applications, passing on suitable candidates to team leaders for further review.
To support with Candidate / Hiring Manager interview arrangements as well as to conduct the interviews.
To support HR team with the processing of offers.
To reimagine what is possible – by proactively seeking out opportunities for continuous improvement across the global Talent Acquisition function.
To manage company referral bonus process.
To support HR administration, recording documents as well as maintaining up to date HR database.
To provide active translations support to the HR team members.
To participate in company HR projects like implementation of the induction process dedicated for all new joiners.
To operate ethically and with integrity, while prioritizing safety and security in all that we do.
For this Role we require:
University degree (preferred psychology, sociology or personnel management) or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training, and experience required for covering this Role.
At least 1 year of experience at similar position. Preferably in a big multinational company.
Knowledge in the field of market trends related to the ways of obtaining best candidates
Proficiency in English is a must (spoken and written). Additional European languages will be beneficial
Very good knowledge of Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Strong organisational and effective communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Ability to support HR team members with their workloads
