Our team of environment specialists offers clients expertise in air quality, impact analysis and permitting, environmental health and safety management consulting/due diligence, remediation consulting/engineering and construction/site restoration, specialty and emerging technologies, waste services and water and natural resources.

Job Summary

AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Pipeline Integrity Management Program Manager. This position is open to any AECOM office in the United States. AECOM is proud to provide our employees with exciting, challenging projects.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below:

  • Develop and grow a national pipeline integrity management practice in the U.S.

  • Increase integrity management bookings.

  • Serve as knowledge leader with respect to PHMSA regulations

  • Serve as Project Director and Project Manager on select Integrity Management projects

  • Develop IM marketing materials, presentations

  • Develop internal training materials for technical staff and business development staff

  • Work with O&G/Midstream market sector leadership to develop and execute an Integrity Management business plan

  • Initiate and participate in IM sales meetings with midstream clients

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

  • 10+ years' experience

  • In depth knowledge of PHMSA regulations as pertains to Natural Gas & Liquid pipeline integrity management

  • Experience with PHMSA compliance

  • Field operations related to repair and mitigation

  • Knowledge of the inspection process related to integrity management

  • Consulting or Industry integrity management experience

  • Experience developing and executing a business plan

  • NACE PCIM certification

  • Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of materials science as relates to integrity management

  • Registered Professional Engineer

  • 15+ years' experience preferred
