AECOM wants to hear from you!!! AECOM is seeking Access Control Professionals for an opportunity in the National Capitol Region; locations vary. Positions require Active Government Clearances (TS/SCI-Poly). Positions will perform security, access control, and construction surveillance functions for a Government agency at its headquarters and locations in four states.
We have multiple opportunities in various locations. Locations such as the National Capitol Region, Utah, Georgia, Texas, and Hawaii.

Mid-Level Superviors- 2 years of supervisory experience. Experience with the supervision of access control personnel for day-to-day security and access control operations at Government sites. Supervise assigned personnel, assuring that all posts and positions are properly staffed through implementation of a work schedule that covers the period of time for each post or position opening and closing
Trainer- 3 years of supervisory and/or training experience on programs that employ a minimum of 25-75 people. Responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of security and other training activities
Construction Surveillance Technician (CST)- is responsible for monitoring construction work at Government sites to ensure that there are no breaches of Government construction security policies or procedures. 3 years as a skilled craftsman in the construction industry in 2 or more of the following disciplines: carpentry (rough-in, finish), electricity, plumbing, HVAC, sheet metal, welding, dry wall, or masonry
Senior Access Control Specialist (ACSII)- enforces regulations and procedures designed to prevent breaches of security. 1-3 years of experience. Experience as an Access Control Specialist I (ACS) or similar position for a minimum of nine continuous months
Access Control Specialist (ACS I)- Monitor and control access of employees and visitors in and out of restricted areas by ensuring positive personnel identification. 1-3 years of experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Driver’s license. U.S. Citizenship required. Active Government clearance (TS/SCI Poly) required. Must be at least 18 years old. Physically able to perform all duties and functions required.
Spanish language fluency preferred for some locations.
