About the Business Line
We create comprehensive delivery solutions for water, wastewater and wet weather systems, desalination, water resources, water reuse, tunneling, and community infrastructure through traditional and alternative delivery services such as program management and design-build.
Our Townsville Office is looking for a Civil / Environmental Engineer who is looking to grow and develop their experience in our Water Resources Group. As part of this professional role, you will work under the supervision of a Senior Project Manager and Flood/Drainage Modeller giving you the opportunity to grow your technical capabilities. You will work in our multi-disciplinary team on a broad range of projects across the state!
As part of this role you will undertake:
• Hydrologic and Hydraulic Modelling (flood, drainage);
• Drainage & coastal investigations and analysis
• Report writing.
2 to 8 years’ industry experience;
Experience working in a consulting environment – highly regarded;
Modelling experience – highly regarded.
This role is ideal for an experienced professional who is looking to expand their skill set and obtain more exposure to complex hydrologic and/or hydraulic modelling. AECOM strongly supports professional development and working as a part of our Water Resources Group will support your career growth.
• Tertiary Qualifications in Civil / Environmental
• Current Class C drivers licence
