AECOM’s Global Support Services (GSS) organization resides within AECOM’s Government business line and is comprised of three divisions — International Development, Operations and Mission Support, and Global Programs. GSS has the international presence, personnel networks and procurement infrastructure to deliver support for any mission, anywhere. Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and results oriented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team to support our Commercial - Facilities Operations & Maintenance Business. This is a virtual position but will require a small amount of travel for meetings. Responsibilities:

  • Manage full life-cycle recruitment including creating search strategies, actively sourcing candidates, and pre-screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, coordinating approval of the hiring equity with the HR Manager, negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring and on-boarding processes

  • Provide consultation to hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process, including hiring strategies, recruitment cycle timing, coaching and guidance on best practices and sourcing trends

  • Responsible for developing, recommending and executing recruitment strategy with decision makers to ensure a successful candidate search within the identified time frames

  • Use proactive methods to network with industry experts and professional industry related associations, in order to build ongoing passive candidate networks

  • Build relationships and communicate consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all participants in the hiring process are updated and well informed

  • Create a positive candidate experience (for both the selected and non-selected candidates) throughout the entire recruiting process

  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Minimum of 5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience including 2 years of industry experience in Commercial Facilities Operations & Maintenance

  • The successful candidate will have a strong track record of project technical staffing

  • Must be able to handle administrative responsibilities of the position

  • Proven experience identifying and hiring talent within the Commercial Facilities industry

  • Experience building strong business relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers

  • Must have strong written/verbal communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, and the ability to make cold calls

  • Experience utilizing Kenexa Brass Ring Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and proficient with MS office

  • Must have strong sourcing and networking skills

  • Experience maintaining confidential and sensitive information with proven ability to make decisions based on sound judgment

  • Experience working with geographically-dispersed, virtual teams, as well as have the ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Ability to change recruitment direction and priorities, based on ever changing critical needs

  • Ability to work in a demanding, dynamic, and evolving work culture

  • Travel to job fairs, colleges AECOM offices and other locations as needed

  • Demonstrated understanding of employment laws and OFCCP compliance

  • Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working for a large multinational organization preferred
