Job Summary

AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Talent Acquisition Sourcer for immediate employment .

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below:

  • Conduct research and provide a robust and diversified slate of candidates for various roles in the U.S. and Canada within a range of business lines utilizing social media, data mining, networking and Boolean search methods

  • Actively engage target prospects in exploratory and screening conversations to drive quality talent into our recruitment process

  • Conduct research of the talent landscape and provide market intelligence to Recruiters and hiring teams

  • Partner with Recruiters to develop targeted sourcing strategies

  • Develop a deep understanding of our business lines

  • Develop a strong knowledge of our CRM (Avature) and thoroughly track all connections with prospects

  • Provide regular reporting on sourcing and outreach efforts

  • Provide a "high-touch" experience for prospects, recruiters and hiring managers

  • Execute on ad hoc projects as needed

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

  • Proficiency with Outlook and MSOffice​​

  • ​Verifiable track record of success in identifying and attracting top talent

  • Strong understanding of state-of- the art sourcing strategies including social networking, data mining, networking and Boolean search methods

  • Strong experience using an ATS and/or CRM

  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to deal with a variety of stakeholders (prospects, Recruiters, Recruiting Managers and business leaders)

  • Proven success effectively working in a fast paced, high pressure environment

  • Self-sufficient and able to work independently or with a team

  • Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance driven environment managing multiple deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years' professional work experience in a Sourcing or Talent Acquisition role preferred

  • Experience using Kenexa Brass Ring and Avature preferred
