Job Summary

AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Billing and AR Supervisor for immediate employment for the Tampa, FL office. AECOM is proud to provide our employees with exciting, challenging projects.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below:

  • Responsible for the management of project billing specialists

  • Planning and managing departmental procedures and working closely with operations and other internal customers

  • Responsible for resolving issues associated with project accounting, billing, accounts receivables, client requests, and audits

  • Assisting project management

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field

  • 5+ years of experience in accounting/finance setting, including 2+ years of supervisory experience

  • Or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, skills, knowledge, abilities and experience

  • Analytical and problem solving skills

  • Ability to manage and lead staff

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Work well with diverse teams and individuals

  • Previous experience providing superior customer service

  • Self-motivated leader

  • Execute well under pressure and have attention to details

  • Advanced MS Office Suite skills including Excel, Word and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Project Accounting strongly preferred
