Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity ­for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our corporate recruitment team in Sydney on an ongoing contract arrangement. ­You will offer support to a well-established team of busy recruiters across different geographies. ­You will play an imperative role and contribute to the success of the team by undertaking the following duties: ­

•­­ ­Preparation and uploading of job advertisements

•­­ ­Conducting reference checks

•­­ ­Uploading data into AECOM's Global Recruitment System

•­­ ­Scheduling interviews (lots of them)

•­­ ­Provide exceptional candidate care throughout the recruiting process

Minimum Requirements

Ideally degree educated, you will possess 2+ years in an administration/coordinator role, ideally within a corporate environment (Recruitment experience is highly regarded).­ You will possess an exceptional eye for detail and exemplary organisation skills.­­

You are known to own and solve issues as they arise.­ You have a strong passion for recruiting and thrive in working in a fast and fluid environment.­ Critical to your success is your ability to deliver outstanding customer service, both to our candidates and to your internal stakeholders.­In return is a great opportunity to join an established national team of corporate recruiters.­ You will work in a varied role, working in a collaborative and friendly environment.­ ­­
