We have an unique opportunity for a self-motivated and proactive Corporate Receptionist to join our AECOM team to provide administrative and business support to our Sydney offices.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Answering and directing incoming calls including meeting and greeting of corporate visitors to the Sydney office and Reception support to our Canberra and Newcastle offices as required
Management of reception, lounge and business hub area, ensuring exceptional service and cleanliness at all times
Ordering of catering for the business
Key liaison with building management and building concierge dealing with visitor, contractor access
Substantial relevant skills and work experience in a similar role
Ability to listen, clarify, understand and efficiently undertake directions
Excellentability to communicate at all levels
Strong ability to prioritise and manage time
