About the Business Line
Our team of environment specialists offers clients expertise in air quality, impact analysis and permitting, environmental health and safety management consulting/due diligence, remediation consulting/engineering and construction/site restoration, specialty and emerging technologies, waste services and water and natural resources.
If you are looking for an exciting and rewarding role, AECOM has an excellent 12 month fixed term contract opportunity for an aspiring Bid Coordinator to join our Environmental team in Sydney.
The Bid Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining efficient and high calibre support for marketing and business development activities as well as report formatting and ad hoc duties to support business line. They will perform accurate, timely and efficient delivery of services in support of clients’ requirements.

In this role some of your responsibilities will include:
Prepare and produce bid submissions in accordance with AECOM brand guidelines and to meet client requirements
Provide administrative support to the workgroup e.g. produce reports and other general material to support the Business lines
Advice and support to local tenders and proposals
Participate in go/no go meetings for future opportunities
Assist with on-boarding and new employee set up e.g. submit IT requests on behalf of Team Leaders/Managers
5 years of experience in a similar role
Advanced skills in Microsoft applications such as Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Intermediate skills in Microsoft applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Skills in Adobe suite would be desirable – i.e. InDesign and WebAccessibilityBid support experience, preferably within a professional services firm
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience working as part of a team to deliver required outcomes.
Excellent written communication
