About the Business Line

Infrastructure Services

We are planners, materials scientists, engineers, engagement consultants, asset managers and geotechnical specialists. Our team works to shape and influence some of our world’s most complex and challenging infrastructure. We also provide complementary services to other AECOM teams working in the sectors of Mining, Transportation, Manufacturing, Industrial and Water.

Job Summary

Currently we are looking for an experienced Data/model Coordinators to join our team in Stockholm office. In this Role you will be responsible for the implementation of technology and data solutions, standards and processes across the AECOM business in Europe but also for implementing and promoting common information management procedures for projects across the AECOM business in Europe.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the delivery of projects that utilize approved technology and data solutions.

  • Supporting the implementation and adoption of approved common information management standards and processes and procedures to projects across the AECOM Business in the Nordics.

  • Work with Project teams, Clients and the Technology & Data Solutions team to develop and implement new standards, process and procedures to ensure common collaborative approach to data management.

  • Working with vendor teams to ensure adequate levels of software and system support are provided to local offices and teams.

  • Representing AECOM and ensuring that AECOM Technology & Data Solutions capabilities and skills are best presented to our clients.

Minimum Requirements

  • BSc degree or equivalent,

  • Minimum 5 years of engineering experience and at least 3 years’ experience of working with IT systems (you must be highly experienced with Autodesk and Bentley technologies).

  • Fluency in both languages Swedish and English.

  • Clear understanding the link between effective delivery of technology and data solutions into a project and the Company's overall business plans and objectives.

  • Knowledge of ProjectWise and Geospatial. Other databases technologies will be an advantage.

  • Also we require Driving license, high levels of personal motivation and willingness to travel frequently both nationally and internationally.

  • You must proactively seek ways of improving the effectiveness of business processes. Will have worked on projects and have a good understanding of how solutions are applied.

  • You must be able to:

  • effectively communicate with staff at all levels within the organization. Good presentation skills are essential;

  • work in a team and work well as a visiting member of teams both on projects and in the office, gaining trust and respect from others
