Program Management

Our specialists are responsible for the management and control of hundreds of major capital programs totaling over US$300 billion across all continents and market sectors, including transportation/infrastructure, mining and minerals, environmental, facilities, water and energy.

Job Summary

  • Manage, Supervise and be fully responsible for inspections performed by site staff on site

  • Be the administrative head of the site team and manage theconstruction documentation issue process

  • Maintain all relevant site records, log books, reports and keep the reports in order.

  • Coordinate and liaise with contractors, suppliers and consultants on all aspects of work.

  • Monitor contractor and supplier progress against programme and issue relevant Notices

  • Coordinate the inspection and approval for all samples, tests, method statements, shop drawings to ensure accuracy of works.

  • Conduct and record regular site meetings.

  • Report on progress, site safety, quality and housekeeping

  • Adjudicate entitlements that arise from changes required to the construction programme.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of construction supervision experience with Contractor or Developer company

  • Strong technical, supervisory and leadership skills

  • Strong command of both spoken and written English

  • Experience of projects in value of over 25 Million USD.

  • Fast Track project experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering / Architecture
