About the Business Line


Our team of environment specialists offers clients expertise in air quality, impact analysis and permitting, environmental health and safety management consulting/due diligence, remediation consulting/engineering and construction/site restoration, specialty and emerging technologies, waste services and water and natural resources.

Job Summary


  • Technicalsupport working closely with Project Managers and Project Director.

  • Contributing toenvironmental projects and business growth in Singapore, SE Asia, and Asia (depending project opportunities) on technical aspects of one or more of the following: Environmental Impact Assessment, Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Due Diligence, Remediation Consulting/Engineering, Quantitative Risk Assessment, Pollution Control Study, Environmentally Sustainable Design, etc. Ability to work on a combination of these services will be highly regarded.

  • Coordinate and face the client to handle the financial aspects of the project and to ensure that the estimated budget is adequately tracked and suitable for the project team;

  • Serve as technical deputy project manager for major EIA projects. Review and provide directions to the EIA team to develop a high quality output for EIA in a timely manner adhering to all quality standards followed by AECOM;

  • Be responsible for the report, defend the report with multinational clients and Government agencies;

  • Participate in key activities such as development of environmental practice area with leads in each major country/region; monthly management meetings; technical knowledge transfer sessions and coordination of technical conference participation.

Minimum Requirements


  • Master’s degreein Environmental Engineering, EnvironmentalScience,EnvironmentalManagement or other related disciplines(e.g., civil engineering and environmental engineering) OR Bachelor’s degree plus equivalent years of experience in the environmental consultancy.

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in EIAs, ideally working in a major infrastructure and manufacturing/ chemical process industries.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of environmental impact assessment methods, environmental monitoring procedures and protocols, environmental audit protocols, environmental site assessment methods and protocol

  • Candidates with graphic skills such as CAD, GIS, Photoshop, will be highly regarded.

  • Candidates with proven projectmanagementability will be highly regarded

  • Knowledge of local environmental codes, laws and regulations

  • Excellent technical writing and presentation skills

  • Track record of winning work, business development and delivering significant value and successful project outcomes.

  • Knowledge of air/ noise predictive modeling methods.
