We support our employees globally by coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of General Accounting, Human Resources, Administration, Marketing and Information Technology. Reports to the Senior VP, Human Resources, APAC (Head of HR, APAC)
Act as HR Business Partner to lead full spectrum of HR function for SEA operations including compensation & benefits, training, talent management, organizational development, employee relations, etc.
Provide strategic HR advice to Business Line leaders to cope with the business growth and challenges in the market.
Drive the implementation of effective HR policies and procedures.
Recommend and implement operational process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Lead and guide a team of HR professionals to work as team in delivering quality HR services.
Responsible for ad hoc HR projects and tasks assigned by APAC HR from time to time.
Minimum 15 years extensive HR business partner experience in sizable MNCs
Experience in leading M&A and various HR projects
Strong knowledge of local / sub-regional employment laws and HR practices
Excellent cross-cultural and cross-functional management skills in a matrix organization
Proven leadership qualities, excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people at all levels.
Strong people manager, with proven experience.
Excellent influencer and communicator with a logical and pragmatic style.
Demonstrates focused approach on client service excellence working in collaboration with key stakeholders and Business Partners.
Evidence of leading and delivering change within an HR function.
Comfortable working in a changing complex organization with evolving requirements.
Ability to contribute new ideas and suggestions to make a difference to the HR organization.
Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented
Sound experience of working with HR information systems, fully competent in MS Office suite.
