Program, Cost, Consultancy

We provide cost and project management services, and specialist consultancy services, to public- and private-sector clients around the world, with a strong presence in Africa, Australia and New Zealand, Europe, the Middle East and the United States.

Job Summary

  • Estimate cost and prepare tender documents

  • Prepare design brief documents for all mechanical and electrical services

  • Evaluate Contractor’s design proposals and specifications

  • Assess interim payment applications and final accounts

  • Carry out cost analyses on mechanical and electrical services

  • Provide general support and advice on various aspects of mechanical and electrical services

Minimum Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical or Building Services Engineering

  • Diploma in Intelligent Building or Facilities Management

  • Minimum 3 years post graduate experience in design, supervision and project management, cost estimate, tendering, pre and post contract administration of either mechanical or electrical discipline

Applicants who hold a Degree in Building or Quantity Surveying, and are conversant with mechanical and electrical building services may also be considered.
