We support our employees globally by coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of General Accounting, Human Resources, Administration, Marketing and Information Technology. We pride ourselves on ensuring we deliver the best customer service possible to our people while building trust and relationships with all of our constituents.

Job Summary

Act as a focal point of contact to provide consultancy and support to global and local business line leaders to address their human capital needs and business priorities.

Work closely with global and local business line leaders as a business partner to achieve short and long-term objectives.

Partner with HR Centre of Expertise and business line leaders to drive HR projects including compensation and benefits, performance management, talent management and employee survey.

Partner with business line leaders to develop and drive action plans in response to the results from employee survey.

Partner with business line leaders to develop and implement programs to build moral, improve employee engagement and retention to support business needs.

Ensure compliance of all HR practices with statutory requirements and company’s human resources policy.

Minimum Requirements

Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline with at least 8 years’ relevant progressive experience in multi-national companies.

Well versed with employment legislation.

Strong people management, communication and interpersonal skills.

High degree of creativity, foresight and mature judgment in planning, organizing and guiding HR programs and activities.

Independent judgment for problem solving and action programs within HR.

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese in order to communicate effectively with global and local leadership­ and HR team.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience with engineering consultants or construction companies would be an advantage.
