Job Summary

Work as part of a project team and support the Project Directors in all aspects of project delivery.

Manage small- to medium-scale projects to deliver high-quality outputs to time and budget.

Focus on change management projects and activities.

Ensure that aspirations and expectations of clients are managed.

Ensure that the quality of the output is managed in line with AECOM standards.

Carry out research and client engagement activities.

Interpret quantitative and qualitative data and translate into strategic recommendations.

Attend industry events and networking events.

Work with, share insights across, and learn from other members of a multi-disciplinary global practice.

Space planning and assisting with the early stages of ID.

Minimum Requirements

First degree in social sciences, business, change management, architecture, or similar that covers the relationship between space and behaviours, and demonstrate an interest in architecture.

Strong affinity with Interior design, having worked in the industry is an asset.

Three to five years’ experience in consulting/advisory services successfully delivering multiple engagements, relevant ID experience.

One to two years’ experience delivering workplace change management.

Ability to participate in client engagement processes ranging from staff briefings to large group workshops and management interviews.

Space planning experience is an asset.

Efficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and optional AutoCad.

Well organised and methodical with a good attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal skills and manner with clients and team members.

Good writing and communication skills.

Proficient in both English and Mandarin.

Team player and self-starter, well-motivated with positive attitude.

Willing and interested to teach and learn from others and to support global knowledge sharing and social media networks.

Good graphic skills – polished and professional output.

Ability to travel outside of China.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading small projects is an asset.
