About the Business Line

Our talented experts are dedicated to managing the complexity inherent in construction projects, catering to each client’s unique needs. We provide services such as program management, construction management and owner’s representation to our clients around the globe.

Job Summary

Reports to the Construction Manager.

Manages the Submittal process.

Manages the Request for Interpretation (RFI) process.

Works closely with the project planner to ensure all Submittals are submitted in accordance with the project schedule.

Works closely with the Project Engineer and to ensure Submittals and RFIs are reviewed and responded on a timely basis.

Manages the in-field engineering activities of the Project.

Responsible for collecting and processing technical information between the contractors and the Project team.

Focal point for collecting and processing Correction Notices to the contractors.

Participates in all design issues to ensure the best working practices and constructability processes are used.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor Degree or above in HVAC, Civil or related area is required.

Fluent English/Mandarin Language skills are must.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiar with local and international code, standard regulation and its implementation.
