Job Summary

制定项目总进度计划,协助项目经理控制更新进度计划,检查、比较实时进度,按时更新进度计划。

检查施工质量,遵循客户标准和相关国内建筑质量验收规范,确保施工质量。

变更指令管理:产生变更时,检查、记录并总结所有的设计和施工变更。在承包商申请索赔或变更和/或产生损害、事故、项目延期及相关事宜时,实施现场调查。

协调客户、监理、承包商和设计者处理项目相关事宜,如施工程序、索赔和材料质量。

协调各承包商之间的施工界面。

检查承包商采购材料的数量和质量。

监督监理公司工作,管理各承包商和供应商。

监督现场土建专业施工工作。

协助并监督现场施工安全的工作。

完成项目经理安排的其它工作。

各项工作达到业主满意。

Minimum Requirements

大专或以上学历,土建工程专业背景;

六年以上施工管理经验,三年以上商业项目经验。

Preferred Qualifications

有超高层项目经验者优先;

有管理公司工作经验者优先。
