Job Summary

This position will work for Hunt Construction Group in Savannah, Georgia.

The Hunt Construction Group team spans across the entire country, and comprises of over 800 employees including skilled trades professionals. Responsibilities include:

  • Answer telephone system, if phone system is on the project, determine caller’s needs and take necessary messages to give to appropriate person.

  • Greet visitors, determine their needs and contact the appropriate person to escort them.

  • Oversees visitor sign-in for office and project site.

  • Maintain office directory updates.

  • Receive, sort and forward incoming mail.

  • Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS).

  • Filing of paperwork as needed by management staff.

  • Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma and at least two years of experience as a Receptionist in a professional business environment.

• Will have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

• Must be a motivated self-starter able to work effectively with limited supervision.

• Must have intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

• Must be punctual, with solid time-management skills.
