The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below:
Prepares layouts, sketches, diagrams and space plans required to convey design intent
Prepares required construction drawings including plans, details and schedules using Revit and other related design software
Assists with selection and research of project finishes, materials and equipment
Prepares graphics and visualizations for project presentations under direction of a senior team leader
Works under general supervision following established procedures to perform specific design and development tasks
Adapts and modifies design features and operational methods under moderate supervision of an architect or manager to meet project specifications
Employee works with clients as well as the internal and external project team to execute the project from concept to execution and completion

Position is contingent upon contract award
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
3+ years' experience
Must have interest and ability to develop and execute architectural projects as evidenced by record of project types, roles, responsibilities and clients
Must have ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans and specifications
Must be able to apply and coordinate AutoCAD and Revit standards for project assignments with internal and external team members
Must have experience with healthcare design projects in at least one or two phases of the project
Must have excellent communication, people and organizational skills
Expert software and computer skills required including AutoCAD, BIM (Revit), 3D Rendering Programs, and Microsoft Professional Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Certification as a LEED Accredited Professional by the USGBC, or desire to obtain it, would be beneficial
Proficiency in SketchUp modeling and working knowledge of MicroStation and Bentley BIM preferred
Experience with InDesign and 3DS Max Design is desirable
