Job Summary

The construction services department at AECOM is seeking experienced, motivated, and reliable people who have experience in working with contractors on primarily UDOT projects. Applicants must be dependable and have a strong work ethic and the ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Acquire or maintain appropriate UDOT training certificates (paid for by AECOM)

  • Document construction activities on a daily basis

  • Perform materials testing, principally concrete and soils testing

Minimum Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent

  • 2+ years of construction inspection and testing experience

  • Proficient using PDBS, Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Must have a valid driver's license

  • Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test

  • Due to the nature of this work, U.S. citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications

  • SRDT, ACI, IQP, partnering, or any materials lab certificates are desirable
