Job Summary

AECOM’s Rockhampton Office has an opportunity for an Administration Officer to support the success of our regional team. As part of your role, you will build key relationships with all staff members, including senior managers and technical staff, to provide general administration and project support.

As the first point-of-contact for clients and visitors, both in the office and over the telephone, you will be responsible for the general reception area and ensuring positive interactions with our internal and external stakeholders. In addition to general administrative support, you will assist with bid coordination and document formatting; ensuring project teams have a high level of support to deliver their project requirements.

In addition, your duties will also include, but are not limited to:

• Meeting preparation;

• Travel bookings;

• Coordinating industry events and client functions;

• Managing access cards, cab charge process, stationary;

• Taking minutes and agendas;

• Document control and filing for the office;

• Supporting bid coordination including document formatting, presentations and reporting.

Minimum Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role requiring focus on administrative support;

• Previous experience within a dynamic, consulting environment will be highly regarded.
