This position is responsible and accountable for the integration of work activities performed by Production Operations, Tank Farm Projects, Retrieval Operations in a safe and compliant manner utilizing the Rolling Work Week Schedule process as the tool for EVMS accountability. All work is to be performed in a manner consistent with applicable Technical and Environmental Safety Requirements utilizing approved policies and procedures while implementing Integrated Safety Management and Conduct of Operations. The Integration Manager (Work Week Manager) is responsible for ensuring work is properly prioritized, planned, resource loaded, and executed with little to no conflict via the Rolling Work Week Process. The Work Week Manager has the authority to set schedule expectations and drive performance to effectively manage WRPS milestones and commitments. This position requires self-motivation, the ability to lead others, influence change, strong leadership skills, excellent organizational and communication skills and must have strong command and control while dealing with support organizations. This position requires a high ability to manage time effectively and multi-task. * Prepare and receive reports on progress, materials used and costs, recommend adjustments to project schedules. * Ensures that work scheduled to be completed during assigned work weeks have been communicated to other organizations within the company that have interface or impacts associated with that work. * Generates work schedules, Plan of the Week, and Plan of the days as needed. * Must understand the goals and commitments for the company and manage work scope accordingly * Integrate the plant within Technical and Environmental Safety Requirements * Integrate support organizations to ensure timely deliverables are received related to work in Production Operations * Interface with other company organizations to ensure work is scheduled properly * Organize and drive schedule accountability within WRPS
BA/BS degree in Business or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 8 years experience required.
Strong understanding of the rolling work week scheduling process. Previous Tank Farm experience preferred.
