Job Summary

AECOM is seeking a MCSC Operations Manager to provide Operations Support to the Marine Corps Systems Command Program Manager Medium and Heavy Tactical Vehicles. The hired applicant with be collocated with the customer. The selected candidate will be responsible for comprehensive operational coordination and support of multi-faceted MCSC program operations support. Responsibilities may include: formatting and processing DMS/Naval Messages, processing and submitting facility requests, collecting and consolidating responses to DON TRACKER taskers, preparing forward deployment packages, issuing and recording technical asset management records, executing and administering the Consolidated Memorandum Report, assigning document numbers, and assisting in the coordination of training, display and other organizational events in support of Government and industry functions. The successful candidate should possess the ability to track, process, produce and distribute deliverables and receive and consolidate comments; prepare for program management reviews and business meetings; and prepare program management correspondence (i.e., letters, memos and route sheets), charts, spreadsheets, and analytical reports and meeting minutes as required. Perform all other duties/tasks assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of progressive related experience. Additional related experience may be substituted for education.

  • Position may require travel.

  • Must be able to obtain/maintain a Secret Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent writing and communication skills and strong verbal and interpersonal skills as daily interaction with government customers will be required.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to perform detail oriented work.

  • Self-starter who can work well independently with minimal supervision and broad direction.

  • Proactive team player with excellent problem solving, analytical and interpersonal and writing skills and must be able to coordinate multiple tasks.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

  • Experience with Marine Corps Systems Command preferred.

  • Prior experience supporting Product Managers and/or Program Manager preferred.
