Position Title Supersonic Aerial Target SME

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Candidate must have the ability to work independently under general guidelines or objectives.
Will possess advanced technical and managerial skills; fully knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of a program or functional area. Applicable functional areas include systems engineering, network engineering, acquisition management, business process reengineering, specialty engineering (e.g., communications, systems safety, quality assurance, test and evaluation, human factors, reliability and maintainability, systems security etc.), organizational planning, financial management, acquisition logistics, configuration and data information systems, and support or program management.
Responsible to manage a single systems acquisition program/project or major functional area.
Demonstrate knowledge of all aspects of the program or programs under his/her management.
Will establish objectives and requirements; develops budgets; and develops program/project standards and schedules.
Monitor outside resources.
Experience or extensive knowledge with the processes and procedures relative to the functional area.
Coordinate, review and supervise work of assigned staff.
Review/oversee the preparation of all related documentation.
Conduct program reviews, meetings, etc.
Bachelor’s Degree and 20 years’ experience; specifically,candidate shall have a minimum of twenty (20) years’ experience in the evaluation of Test and Evaluation (T&E) type testing, ground tests, failure analyses on stabilization, control, ordnance, propulsion, recovery, or equipment failure of the AQM-37 and GQM-163 (all variants) target platforms including knowledge of stabilization, control, ordnance, and propulsion.
Must demonstrate experience in target assembly and Navy explosive ordnance assembly.
Shall be familiar with the Navy’s Competency Aligned Organizational (CAO) structure and the Navy’s Integrated Product Team (IPT) structure.
Knowledgeable with all associated platform support and hardware of the Task Order.
