Job Summary

Our Oxford office is currently seeking a full time Senior Project Surveyor to work in our Healthcare sector on a variety of local and London based projects valuing £5m to £20m+, with the following requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Capable of managing on a day to day basis projects from £5m to +£20m under the direction of an Associate Director

  • Manage the input of trainee/graduate surveyors

  • Needs to be articulate and be able to interface directly and confidently with Client Project Managers and Design Teams

Minimum Requirements

  • Current experience in the Health, Science and Research sectors (or experience in wider Public sector)

  • Skilled in Risk and Value Management

  • Be able to demonstrate where they have added value to their previous projects

  • Working knowledge of NEC3

  • Good knowledge of Design and Build procurement

  • Experience of acting as Employer's Agent on Design and Build projects would be helpful

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional Qualified – Quantity Surveying Degree

  • Gained or Working towards Chartered Status with the RICS, CIOB, RIBA, ICE or other equivalent institution

  • APM affiliation preferred (as secondary accreditation)

  • CSCS card
