Position Title Toll System Manager

AECOM is looking for a Toll System Manager that will be based in the Orange or Los Angeles office, in support of the Los Angeles Metro region.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Project management, technical guidance of junior staff, and direct client relations and task management
Support delivery of existing projects and pursuits of new tolling and technology projects as well as working with the other business lines and market sector leaders in the region to ensure strategic business growth and project delivery
Support related activities such as Toll feasibility studies, Toll concept analysis, Toll operations analyses and Toll agency presentations
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical or related area
10+ years of toll highway engineering and tolls program management experience, for both public sector and private sector projects
Traffic engineering experience
Successful experience with engineering for All Electronic Tolling and/or managed lanes is a prerequisite
A trusted advisor and highly regarded leader who can garner client confidence
Strong analytical and statistical skills (Excel)
Be a technical expert in toll highway and toll program engineering with clients and AECOM regional staff
The position may require travel for projects and some business development
Good client collaboration and representation skills are mandatory
P.T.O.E. or TE
Experience working in client office environment
Experience with design-bid-build, design-build and P3 programs strongly
