Position Title Defensive Cyber Subject Matter Expert

AECOM is seeking a Defensive Cyber Security SME to support the AF CIO’s Cyber Squadron-Initiative (CS-I). Individual will be required to assist and execute on mission assurance strategies with regard to protecting and defending Key Cyber Terrain which has been identified with a mission set. Secure, Monitor and Defend methodology.
Requires Bachelor’s Degree in an Information Technology related discipline (engineering, computer science, information systems, etc) plus 4 years
of IT/IA experience or at least 8 years of experience in lieu of degree in a combination of IA Training, IT Certification and progressive work
DoD 8570.1-M certified at IAT Level II, as well as Certified Ethical Hacker and expert in the following DoD, and commercial best practices:
In-depth knowledge of network security architecture
Knowledge of network and system monitoring/auditing tools
Perform key asset scanning, monitoring, patching defending
Ability to analyze cyber vulnerability information and recommend mitigations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products and SharePoint collaborative tools to build trend analysis
Deploy and implement network/system sensors
Assist in the development of TTPs to respond to threat assessments
Perform real time monitoring
Perform log collection and analysis
Top Secret/ SCI required
