Job Summary

Operations Management: - preparation of site based H&S paperwork - resource planning - ensure Operations Briefings and briefing co-ordination i.e. diarising Ops briefings for all site works with relevant contributors during project initiation phase - on-site audits • Managing and maintaining site works Procedures and Standards • Representation at H&S Meetings and cascade of relevant information • Managing competency database and records • Equipment Coding • Manages and maintains equipment and work area

Minimum Requirements

A minimum of 5 years relevant experience of civil engineering operations management - Demonstrable methodical approach - Demonstrable commitment to a right-first-time approach - Experience in rail, power, highways, environmental sectors - A commitment to continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

IOSH or similar - Safe System of Work Planner - Control of Site Safety (COSS) or similar e.g. Safe Work Leader
