If you are looking for an exciting and rewarding role, AECOM has an excellent 6 month fixed term contract opportunity for an aspiring Receptionist to join our team in Newcastle.
You will be responsible for providing front line services on the phone and in person to staff and visitors. The role will also perform accurate, timely and efficient delivery of administrative services in support of clients’ requirements.
Our Newcastle team are a dynamic, high-performing, collaborative and are highly respected and valued within AECOM’s business.
In this role some of your responsibilities will include:
• Answering reception phone and directing calls for all the Hunter office
• Greeting internal and external clients that come into reception and advising employees
• Maintain register of staff whereabouts and visitor sign in
• Arrange couriers and distribution of items to other regions
• Assist with New Starter Setup
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar administration role
• Study towards a relevant qualification will be highly regarded
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to be an attentive and active listener
• Timeliness and accuracy of completing tasks
Preferred Qualifications Study towards a relevant qualification would be highly regarded.
